GSM, fiber blend, and certification (GOTS, OEKO-TEX). Heavier knits and organic fibers raise the floor.
Construction complexity
Set-in vs. raglan, paneling, contrast trims, custom collars, special seam finishes.
Decoration
Print color count, embroidery stitch count, multi-position application, specialty inks and finishes.
Trims & labels
Custom woven labels, hangtags, drawcords, zippers, eyelets, jacquard tape.
Packaging
Polybag, fold-and-band, custom mailer, retail-ready hangtag, hanger pack.
Freight & duties
Air vs. ocean, DDP vs. DAP, destination country, split shipments.
Physical fabric weights, finishes, and decoration samples. Credited toward your first production order over $2,000.
Made on the same line, in your spec. Required before any production run over 500 units.
