A Polish factory, since 1971.
Family-owned in Ksawerów, outside Łódź. Three generations of garment makers building premium organic cotton apparel for festivals, brands, and teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
It started with athletic teams.
In 1971, in the textile town of Ksawerów just outside Łódź, the Janmar family began cutting and sewing apparel for Polish national athletic programs. The brief was simple and unforgiving: garments that survived training camps, tournaments, and a Polish winter — washed dozens of times and still holding their shape.
That discipline never left the factory. Reinforced seams, premium fiber, construction engineered for performance — these weren't features added for marketing. They were the only way the work was ever done.
Five decades later, the same machines and the same families operate them. The clients changed — from national teams to festivals, fashion labels, hospitality groups, and corporate brands across three continents — but the standard for what leaves the factory floor never did.
Six pillars behind every garment we ship.
Built like sportswear
Every garment carries the DNA of the athletic apparel we cut for Polish national programs in the 1970s — reinforced shoulder seams, bar-tacked stress points, double-needle hems. The construction outlasts the print.
Fiber decides everything
GOTS-certified Egyptian long-staple cotton for buttery hand and durability past fifty washes. Turkish ring-spun jersey for clean tees. In-house performance blends for sport. Every roll traceable to its supplier.
From 180 to 480 GSM
We engineer to weight, not catalog. 240 GSM tees that hold their shape on stage. 320 GSM crews with loop-back terry. 400 GSM hoodies with brushed-back fleece. 480 GSM heavyweights when you need the garment to feel like a uniform.
Print, embroidery, label, trim
Screen print, discharge, DTG, DTF, embroidery, sublimation, woven labels, custom hardware, branded packaging — all under one roof in Ksawerów. No middlemen, no surprises, no decoration vendor markup.
On the record
GOTS, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and Fair Wear Foundation member status. Annual third-party social audits. The proof is on file — not on a marketing slide.
From 100 to 30,000 units
100-unit minimums for emerging brands. 300,000-unit monthly capacity for the festivals and corporate programs that need it. Air freight in 14–21 days when the gate-open date won't move; ocean freight when the budget matters more than the calendar.
We make garments that outlast the moment that created them — the festival, the launch, the season, the tour.
