What do you need to start a custom spec?
Either a tech pack, a reference garment, or a clear brief with target weight, fit, fabric, and decoration. We work from any of the three.
How many sample rounds are included?
Two rounds standard, three on complex builds. Each round is quoted upfront — no surprise sampling fees.
What's the MOQ on a fully custom build?
300 units typically, sometimes lower depending on fabric and trims. The configurator flags it and our team confirms in 24 hours.
How long does a custom program take end to end?
35–60 days including sampling. Compressed timelines possible with parallel sampling and air freight.
Can you sign NDAs before we share the brief?
Yes. Standard mutual NDA available on request, or we counter-sign yours within one business day.
